NOTE: Most of these devices will not allow an HDCP encrypted source to be recorded.  This rules out most copy protected content. But some of the PCI Express cards come with Linux drivers and HDCP master key has already been cracked. I'd bet someone has written an HDMI Ripper or if not will soon. ;)
