This has been around for a while, but I just learned about it.
It's a simple flash video player that works with the lighttpd webserver
FLV-Scrubber is a small light flash web app does a pseudo-streaming, progressive download and playing of FLV-files.
Scrubbing meaning that you can move a slider and jump to any part of the video, which YouTube can do too.
FLV-Scrubber 3.x This is as close to a home page that I can find for it.
